It was sad for my manager especially when i saw her cried at my store... I know she had already tried her very best to guide and improve everything.. thus they still could not make it... I felt bad tt i could not help her much in everything... I can only try my best to serve the customer and maintain our store mystery shopper report...

I could really see tt there was a lot of improvement and changes when she was being transfered here... I understand tt she could be scolding ppl very fiercly and demanding in the and tt... But all this in the end we will be the one who will get the benefit...

I really really hope tt my dear mother will never give up so easily... must become more strongest when meet the stronger... I am still capable to make u smile and happy for a while.. and i will be very contented with tt just to see u happy...

I was really very very touch when i heard kainee said mother told her let me slp n dun disturb me as i still have to work n look after my nephew later... Kainee said she ever told staffs try not to slp during break, do something else instead... But now she let me slp wors...
